The Problem With Being A Kid

Hello whoever is reading this. There is a serious issue I am having right now. As you know, I am still a child. And I really, really, REALLY want to make money in some way, but there are barely any opportunities to make a lot of money. Of course there is the overused lemonade stand or bake sale, but those aren’t ways to make enough money to buy stuff like new clothes or a new poster.

Being a kid, of course I have wanted to do many things to make money such as dog walking, babysitting, selling my old clothes, ect. But who would trust a 10 year old to watch their child or pet? It is a HUGE problem when you really want to get a new outfit or a cool gadget. You could ask your parents, but what if they can’t pay for all of it or say flat out no? You would want to pay for it yourselves.

Except, there are so many jobs kids can’t do because they are just not old enough to be trusted. And the jobs that are for kids usually require training, don’t have a stable flow of money, or you don’t get paid as much as you need and as quickly as you need.

Needless to say, (I’m sure you understand by now) it is hard to find a way to make money as a kid.
